“The guide we had (Duc) was excellent! He did such a good job and was very informative, knoweldgable and friendly. We would definitely recommend him. The whole process of this tour was seamless. Worked out so well. The only drawback were the crowds! So many tour companies do this same experience. Also the food was beautiful to look at as a pretty buffet but was very average tasting somehow. We are not picky but the food was not great. We are still giving this 5 stars because overall it was a great experience. They took good care of us. Our tour guide Duc was so good and Ha Long Bay…”

But for me it actually made the experience even more unique and fun. We also did the biking tour in rain. The buffet lunch had a lot if options and was very tasty. Only minus is that the tour guide didn't speak that good of an English. So pretty much the whole group had problem understanding what he was saying. Great value for the money!”
